Neo-baroque storey villa with a mansard roof. The villa is an example of a representative residence of an important industrialist, and the same time it is a proof of top architectures of late historicism, which in terms of quality greatly exceeds regional conditions.

The object stands in the middle of the garden. In front of the north facade of the hause is a life-size sculpture of a deer. To the south of the villa is a lowered rectangular area with a stone vase. The garden is bounded on the north, east and south sides by the oroginal metal frame fence on the plinth and on the west side by a mesh fence.
