Accessibility statement

The website of South Bohemia Film Office – South Bohemian Tourism Authority,(hereinafter referred to as the website) is designed with maximum emphasis on clarity, usability, and accessibility of its functionality and text content.

The website ensures accessibility of its content to users with disabilities and follows accessibility principles in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and amendment to Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and amendments to certain other acts, as amended, which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

The website is built according to HTML5 specifications and maintains syntactic and semantic correctness. Content and form are separated using CSS. The pages remain accessible even when JavaScript functions are disabled without loss of content and navigation information. The website can thus be used on various output devices.

The website is partially compliant with EN 301 549 V2 1.2 and WCAG 2.1 standard due to insufficiently accessible content and/or exceptions listed below.

Bringing these deficiencies into compliance with the law and accessibility rules would be financially demanding for the operator in this case, so according to § 7 of Act 356/2000 Coll. as amended, this is not being additionally modified.

This statement was prepared through an assessment conducted by a third party – the technical operator of this website (PORTA DESIGN s.r.o.).

The above-mentioned laws and legislative standards and the Ministry of Interior’s methodological guidelines for this law, as well as EN 301 549 V2 1.2 standards and internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1 were used to prepare this statement.
